As a neighbor of this company, I am extremely disappointed in how they conduct themselves in a historic neighborhood. First of all their associated development company , Elford, has and continues to be elemental in ruining the Short North neighborhood for the sake of the almighty dollar. Secondly, Archall architects as a company doesn’t clean up their messes. The street around the building is always trashed …..incidentally by customers patronizing Elford buildings!
