These people negotiate in bad faith. Spoke to their administrative lady (Debbie) to set up my appointment for a quote, gave her my location in Burnsville. She told me that the quote would take up to two weeks to work up, and work would not begin for another 5 months. Disheartening, but decided to see what they had to say anyway. Just got an email from her two days later saying that I was out of their service range by 15 minutes..... From my first contact with Archadeck WNC to the construction completion, I knew I had chosen an outstanding company to work with. All inquiries and questions about the quotation and project were handled in a timely manner. The beautiful screened in porch and deck added so much value to my home, and we've enjoyed many hours of outdoor living it created.
They took our deck from 0 to hero!! It took us way too long to finally post this but we cannot recommend Archadeck more highly. We got multiple quotes and they came in with a very fair price and they got the job done extremely quickly. We're so happy with our new deck. They worked with us to reuse components that could be reused and they remade things that needed to get remade.
