I cannot recommend and will not use again. While final product (replacement of 2 decks and paver patio) was acceptable, the process was fraught with delays, errors, and lack of communication; the latter both with me and among employees. A project expected to take six weeks lasted four months. The initial plans did not match my discussion with the designer (wrong size deck, wrong footprint for pavers). Don't bother with this company. They told my wife we both needed to be at home for an estimate, so I took a day off work. They didn't show up. No call, nothing. They don't even deserve one star.
We were very pleased with Archadeck at every stage of our project and would happily recommend them. We ran into an issue with our zoning permit (completely outside of Archadeck’s control) and Archadeck handled all aspects of the paperwork and approval process and kept us informed along the way.
