We were looking to a contractor to build a complex multi story deck on our new construction project. Archadeck started with excellent design assistance. From there put together the engineering and installation. The end result was exactly as we expected. They worked every day to complete each phase on this multistage project. From the back office to the installers. Five stars is not enough.
The staff is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and affirmatively helpful. The carpenters were very detail-oriented and created a beautiful product. And everyone was wonderful about communicating at every stage of the project. Couldn’t be happier with Archadeck!
Greensboro Archadeck is terrific! Special recognition should go to Doug Potter, Jennie Tsicouris, Rodney Rimmer, Billy Smith, and especially Alan (who led the team in building the deck). Everyone communicated with my wife and I, but also with each other. It was a team effort ... one that you don't see very often. I received daily updates on the project, with pictures. They created just what we asked for and more. We are very happy with the results. We highly recommend Archadeck of the Piedmont Triad!
Archadeck built our original deck several years ago, but due to the summer sun and occasional rain it was not usable year-round. We loved the quality and size of the deck and needed a roof to cover the living area to make it more usable. Archadeck understood exactly what we were looking for and designed a gabled roof structure that perfectly fit with the style of our craftsman home. I am so happy with my new deck and pergola! And can’t say enough positive things about this company. They were very communicative during the entire process. From start to finish. The work was started on time, finished on time all with the most professional staff. Alan my onsite installer worked 12 hours on the last day to finish the perfect job! It seems very hard to find companies like this anymore. They would always be my first pick on this type of project.
