I really don’t know where to begin because I enjoyed every step, from my first meeting with Joseph to the closing meeting with Michael! Everyone on this team is warm, friendly, possess excellent people skills and understand how daily follow up is absolutely necessary for quality customer service. Archadeck did an outstanding job from start to finish. Their frequent communications and openness to any questions anytime were much appreciated. Stacey is the control center and does an amazing job. Michael and all Archadeck employees and subs were excellent. We are completely satisfied, with zero complaints. We are not that easy to please……we fired the first contractor we hired. Switching to Archadeck was the right decision!
We used Archadeck to remove and reconfigure one deck and add a second new deck. We are very pleased with how they both turned out. Once the work started, it was completed quickly and done with quality. Would recommend.
Archadeck did a fabulous job on our new 3 season room. They communicated with us well during the planning and construction phases, and the staff were so helpful. The crews that did the work were timely, cleaned up nicely each day, and did a great job. We are super pleased and excited how fast it all came together! 10/10 would recommend them!
Archadeck put together a fantastic outdoor living space for us! They were professional and helpful throughout the entire process and we are already LOVING our new deck!
