I attended a virtual consultation with Archadeck to discuss having an enclosed screen porch and patio built on the rear of my home. During the virtual consultation, the estimate for the screened porch was $8,000. To go to the next step and get a firm quote which involved Archadeck measuring my patio and doing the design work, I was required to give a $250 non refundable deposit which would go toward the cost of the project.
