We worked with Archadeck last month to have our deck replaced from cedar to Timbertech. From our first to last contact with them, they were outstanding. Helped us design the new deck; made suggestions, took care of the permit and completed the project on time hassle-free. Archadeck appears to do great and thorough work, however Ben Wood was challenging to work with during the estimating process. He did not seem to understand my requirements, and was condescending to me about my needs. He also became defensive when I asked additional questions, making it challenging for me to build a relationship with him. Lastly, when I asked for a ballpark number to help me compare estimates across 3 different vendors, he became offended, defensive, and said he would rather not work with me. Ben and John did a great job of designing and building a privacy screen for our backyard. They developed a beautiful, unique design. Ben’s craftsmanship was excellent. We are so thrilled with the outcome.
We hired Archadeck in 2019 to build a new deck for our home and it is easily one of the best features of our house. Doubled the living space for entertaining. The deck looks amazing and is holding up well 6 yrs later. Their team is friendly, responsive, and produce a great product. I highly recommend them!
