From start to finish great team. I had a relatively complex job on an old city home in trolley square and Dave, Matt and the rest of the team took care of every step from city permits, designs, inspections, repairs, construction of a pergola to an amazing finished product. Dave made it clear that it might be a bit more expensive if you use them, but I can see why and am so glad I did. Will be a repeat customer in the future.
We couldn't be happier with our new porch - Archadeck worked with us to build a new screened in porch while retaining an attached existing deck. The crew was amazing, professional and really nice!
Archadeck of Delaware uses high-quality materials and the staff is professional and knowledgeable. They completed the job as expected and informed us when they encountered issues that may have required unexpected work or costs. Their costs are comparable to other companies that use similar materials but they are able to do other work besides decks, which cane in handy for our project. I had a fairly easy project - demolition of an old deck, creation of a new one. Archadeck walked me through it, step by step, discussed payment and payment options, kept me updated throughout the project, and ended on time. Overall an excellent experience. Would recommend.
