We had a small (8x10) deck put on the back of our house and were very pleased with the work provided by Archadeck staff. They were prompt, worked hard IN THE FREEZING WEATHER, were clean and neat and communicated the updates as needed. The price for what we got was "high for our wallets," however, we would refer others to Archadeck.
Archadeck of Delaware did an excellent job on my new stone patio and turning the old patio into a beautiful, light-filled enclosed room. They dedicated a crew to my project until it was finished. They worked quickly but expertly. Many of my neighbors watched the project as it unfolded and were also very impressed. I highly recommend Archadeck for your patio, deck, sunroom needs!
We had a challenging project that required the demolition of a 50-year-old deck, and the design of a new deck with an enclosed porch underneath. We had a number of different contractors propose designs, and Archadeck was by far the best. The completed work was done to a very high standard. Great job and they stand by their work! Highly recommended.
Screened-in porch to 3 Season Room, complicated as the porch supported a 2nd floor room. They did a beautiful job! The entire Team were professional, responsive, expert at their jobs, flexible, detail-oriented and without exception, really nice to work with! They went above and beyond. If we ever have a tornado, the house could potentially blow away but that porch isn't goin' anywhere! (Thanks "guys"!)
