Spent 100k on a deck that basically fell apart within 3 months. I literally found pieces of it in my yard within weeks. Unbelievably bad. Look elsewhere. ANYwhere else. This is their idea of quality. Shameful.

Archadeck did my deck about 4 years ago. It came out real nice. We have been very happy with it. It came out so good one of our friends hired them for their deck. Recently we had an issue with the deck. A rep from Archadeck came out and looked at it to figure out how to fix the problem. He said they would get back to us soon. The same rep came out again with one of his bosses. They came up with a game plan and told us they would be out in 2 weeks to fix the issues with no charge to us. Archadeck built a pavilion and porch in our backyard. They did amazing and could not be happier!!! Great Value: For this large project we receive 6 quotes from local contractors. Archadeck came in 15% lower than all other quotes for the same job. Customer Service: Archadeck's team was available and responsive during the 3 months I worked with them.
