We are very happy with our new deck which was completed in January. The whole Archadeck process was very impressive. From the beginning the estimator/designer, Lane was very professional, thorough and pleasant to work with. The work crew who constructed our deck was lead by Raul and they did a great job. We recently contracted with Archadeck to replace our old deck. Jessica, our design consultant was amazing. She listened to our ideas and gave us her expertise on designing the perfect deck! The crew was knowledgeable, professional and friendly and adapted to a few changes we made. The communication was very good as the project manager, Daniella always kept us up to date as what was happening. We are very satisfied with Archadeck of Chicagoland. We love our new deck!!
Archadeck installed a deck and pergola for us in 2018 and we have been very happy with the quality of construction. Over the years several of the light fixtures on our deck stopped working. I called Archadeck and they sent out one of their supervisors, Randy, to assess the situation. Randy could not have been nicer and was extremely knowledgable.
