Great experience overall. We came to Archadeck of Central Iowa in the summer of 2025 with a rough idea of what we wanted, and Harold was extremely helpful in guiding us on what would work / not work and upfront about the costs associated with each portion of the project. Archadeck of Central Iowa (ACI) and its' president, Harold Cross, in particular recently went to bat for me to resolve a warranty claim issue with the deck material manufacturer. ACI was persistent and relentless in achieving a new deck for me. Harold and his team made sure that I was satisfied.
