Complete scammer. please read this before you buy a groupon. Groupon says the waxing packages can be bought by customers who have not been to the salon in 6 months. I had last gone in 2021 for eyebrow treading (not even waxing), so I purchased the waxing package. When I called to make the appointment, she said I couldn't use a Groupon as I was a repeat customer. It is such bad business practice when you’re misleading the public. This place shows as open for business and clearly wasting peoples time when they show up to find that it has been shut down for many months and no longer in business. The ethical thing to do would be to mark it as permanently closed.
Love this place!!! Always welcoming and helpful. Services are reasonably priced. They use high-end organic products and business is always clean. I can use my Apple Pay or Venmo apps too!
I have been going to Lake Arrowhead. The service is okay but cheaper because of a prepaid package. I availed of those in 2019. I have an existing package with them. I believe i have 10 more sessions so I went last August 3 to have a waxing session with them but they asked me to pay as they said my package are all used up. I never had a visit with them in 2022 because i was taking blood thinners and I didn’t want to have any issues when i get wax.
