DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE i simply asked for a clean up and repeatedly told the woman i JUST WANTED A CLEAN UP. she reassured me and then proceeded to shape my eyebrows, make them SO thin, and cut half of my eyebrow off. please do not go unless u want to shave ur eyebrows off afterwards
I definitely should have read the reviews first… place is very scammy. Heard her on the phone during my service telling people that their Groupons wouldn’t be honored. I booked an appointment for a full back wax online and it said first-time guests get half off the price. When I went to pay they charged me 75 dollars. I shared that the website said first-time customers get half off and she said that 75 dollars was half off, and that regularly a full back wax is 95 dollars. Of course this math makes no sense. Running a scam by asking customers to buy packages and deal. I have been going to Arch salon since 2016. When we buy package they say they never expire you can use it anytime. This time when I went in to get my waxing I went in after 8 months to get my waxing at this place . And I was charged additional $15 because I went in after long time. This place is a complete scam - whatever you do DO NOT fall for their BS of taking their waxing packages, they will take money from you upfront and then conveniently say you have less sessions that what you paid for or better yet say your package has expired. The owner will not answer your calls, Employees will put their hands up and you are out of pocket a few hundred dollars.
