Rinu is the only lady I trust with my eyebrows simply because she is extremely good at what she does! She is gentle, thorough and tremendously kind! I love getting my eyebrows done here!
I had my eyebrows done in Crossgate location and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The technician over-trimmed leaving it uneven and excessively thinned them in an unsatisfactory outcome. Not sure how they have technicians that don't know how to thread eyebrows.
Arch Salon is amazing with my eyebrows and upper lip. When I come I always ask for Rinu, she is great at what she does and I have been coming to see her for 3 years now. I will continue to see her because she is really that great! I personally live an hour away and will drive an hour to see her every 2-3 weeks!
Terrible job. I got threading and still have visible hairs in my middle part as well as on top and the bottom of my eyebrows. Took unnecessary hairs off and ruined my shape. Waste of money.
