Terrible service, presented as a mediator between IRS and you. Which doesn't happen there is no common communication between all 3 parties. Nor was I able to reach out and connect with them when I ended up coming to a resolution with the IRS because even tho that was presented and displayed as an option it wasn't for me. Last time I reached out to them was in May no doubt that is their business and busiest time of year but dont do half a job and then bill for it I was told my overall bill was 1500 with a discount I was tryin... read more
