I would not recommend Arch Recovery Center based on my experience referring a client for detox services. After a long period of encouragement and support, my client finally agreed to seek treatment. We contacted Arch, completed the intake process, and provided all requested information. We were told everything was approved and ready to move forward. Just came out of there after 120 days and it was the best thing that could have happened to me. The staff are great and very caring. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It has changed my outlook and my life. Change can happen. They gave me the tools to handle life on life's terms. To accept things that are uncomfortable without the need to turn to a drink or drug. This facility allows other residents who are participating in the program to steal other residents belongings and refuse to make it right and replace those belongings that were stolen. They state that they will replace them and get back to you but then they either block you or ignore you. I have tried reaching out multiple times to CW who is running it I guess and he assured me yes I will replace that or I will figure out what the steps are to make this right and now refuses to get back with me.
