Two guys from this company showed up at my house while I was at work, open my screen door and proceeded to try and walk straight into my home without even attempting to knock as my dogs barked inside. Is highly unreliable in returning calls.
We have a 124 year old home, all the plumbing original to the home - no idea date of that. We got a new kitchen sink and the copper pipe was leaking. ARCH came out the very next day and fixed my leak, we then made an appointment to replace all the old drains, replace my meter horn and reconnect an outside spicket. They came, got it all done in one day! The price was very reasonable too. I highly recommend. Rich and Andrew were a great team!
