I’m happy with the care we receive, but their scheduling and availability is painful. Appointments are only during school/working hours. We are told there’s only one set day of the week for braces check ins and adjustments, and appointments are not available all day, only within a few hours timeframe on that day. It’s like they don’t care about convenience because they don’t have to.
The staff was super nice, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and checked in with my daughter the whole time to make sure she was okay.
Best decision I made in my life my teeth are so straight and I love my smile!! Their team is the best and always warm welcoming 🥰
