Not sure why this office kept lying to me over and over again about a request for authorization from my insurance company. After 2 MONTHS I finally contacted my insurance and they told me they NEVER heard from Arch. From day 1 I provided all the doctor’s notes and prescription for an AFO that this office needed but they dragged me along every week when I followed up with them. My insurance company told me they had a long list of alternative companies that would love to help me with my needs if Arch wouldn’t.
Hours of service are limited. I understand the No Refund Policy for a brace that does not fit well and that hurts, but getting in to get a refit is difficult.
Matt is incredible with making sure fit and function works. We have use other providers but Matt was able to customize my son special needs. He also followed up to ensure he was doing great. Not only does he own the company but he provides the most amazing service.
Matt was recommended by my doctor to make a leg brace to improve my ability to walk. Very professional and knowledgeable.
