Since dr Swathi left it’s gone to pieces. Receptionist come 10mins after open time and doctor still ain’t arrived. Appointment was for 9am. Yet if patient is late they charge us. What a joke going to look for another clinic

Absolutely atrocious practice. I booked an appointment with a doctor two days in advance .Half an hour before my appointment , I get a call that they can not see me because I am a new patient. No explanations for why they are calling last minute to cancel. No regard for the fact that people might have planned their commitments around a scheduled appointment. Rude receptionist to top it all.

I arrived 5 minutes early, but the receptionist was on a call for about 15 minutes, which didn’t seem work-related. I waited patiently, but when she finally responded, she abruptly told me I should have informed her upon arrival. I found the tone unprofessional, given the situation.

Since Dr Swathi and the receptionist staff have left the place has gone down hill. Doctor's are rude and staff is the same. Won't be going back
