I arrived 5 minutes early, but the receptionist was on a call for about 15 minutes, which didn’t seem work-related. I waited patiently, but when she finally responded, she abruptly told me I should have informed her upon arrival. I found the tone unprofessional, given the situation.
Since Dr Swathi and the receptionist staff have left the place has gone down hill. Doctor's are rude and staff is the same. Won't be going back
Go and the other side of the city. I am a little bit more than a new start for my elderly housemate and I. We also have a good time for the first time in Ballarat and I am a little more about the service of the doctor and she is so down to earth and kind with a definite answer to your health and wellness . couldn't find any closer to my house.. highly recommended to everyone who has been taken to a new start
I've given 1 star for terrible receptionists, Bec and another. These girls have no idea how to treat people especially over 60s. Please get older and experienced help.
