I should know better then to go to a buffet at 4pm when it's not busy. Food was warm but not hot. I needed the 160°F temp to feel comfortable enough to rest. I stayed with the made to order stir fry to avoid unnecessary bacterium that grows in what's considered the danger zone of food temps
