Can't reach anyone
We were delayed on the tarmac and missed our flight home. This was in March 2023, I sent in all our receipts 5 TIMES! But each time, I received another email requesting more receipts. This went on until July before they finally sent a fragment of our loss. They wouldn't reimburse us for the 2 extra days of parking, the day of work I missed, nor the food or hygiene items we purchased since we had no luggage.
