Can't reach anyone
We were delayed on the tarmac and missed our flight home. This was in March 2023, I sent in all our receipts 5 TIMES! But each time, I received another email requesting more receipts. This went on until July before they finally sent a fragment of our loss. They wouldn't reimburse us for the 2 extra days of parking, the day of work I missed, nor the food or hygiene items we purchased since we had no luggage. It's too bad that I'm forced to submit 1 star as even that grade is a stretch. Arch Insurance is the very definition of a fraudster insurer that will hide behind a series of other insurer names and locations to ensure they can avoid their fiduciary responsibility to claimants. They'll spend all their energy avoiding claims and confusing the process. I can't believe they're allowed to continue as a business.
