Similar issue happened to me, I booked an appointment, paid the deposit. Recieved a message my appointment was cancelled with no follow up message. I reached out to Hannah on 3 seperate occasions trying to reschedule on instagram, where she had previously spoke to me and she completely ghosted me. It's been 2 months and I still don't have my deposit back. Completely unprofessional.
I booked online after getting an Instagram specials ad. Paid a deposit. The Saturday before my Wednesday appt I got an automated email and text that my appt was cancelled. Left it for a few hours to hear from her for an explanation/ opportunity to rebook. Emailed and IG messaged later that day to see what happened. Didn’t hear back until Monday night telling me my deposit would be refunded. It’s now Thursday and I’ve heard nothing about my deposit. Most beautiful job done of my lip tattoo. The colour was perfect and was done so perfectly to my lip line. Swelling was very minimal. She was super friendly and welcoming with a beautiful area ❤️❤️❤️ Would 1000% recommend, best results. I have received hundreds of compliments.
