Need to update address! Called for my moms appt. to let 8them know i was at there old address heading to the new address and the girl responded by saying why are you at that address that shes been here many times. Like sayng how stupid for going to there No this was the first time duh update your info!!! They send out text to confirm appt they should include the address!!!

Janet is a horribly rude phone person, simply tried to inform her that the number they were sending out on texts was not a valid phone number. I was trying to reschedule my mothers appt. She completely ignored my comment on the phone number placed me on hold, then got back on the line to give me another date and time without even giving me a chance to explain there was a period of time that we would not be able to make an appt. It's always a pleasure to see Dr. Patel. He and his staff are a good example of 5 Stars. Always timely, friendly but professional and helpful. Dr. Patel is a cut above in so many ways.

Pleasant experience since we walked in the door! Front desk ladies were super helpful, the medical assistant was super nice and answered our questions. When Dr Barba came in, he was great in answering questions and explaining everything to us. Husband had to get a brace due to a back injury and we were able to get it during the visit. Not crazy expensive and if you pay all upfront you even get a nice discount!
