I’m very dissatisfied with my onboarding experience here. I had a foot injury in June and was seen at Iowa Ortho urgent care, where I was told my foot wasn’t broken and to just follow normal care at home. While my foot has improved, I still have pain and sensitivity in certain areas. After seeing good reviews for this place, I decided to set up an appointment to be evaluated. The staff was very nice and friendly. The nurse explained things well to us. Dr.Fuehrer Was very professional and kind. She did a wonderful job on my toes. I can’t believe how much better they feel and I really didn’t think they were bad, ha ha! Looking forward to my next appointment. I will recommend her to my friends.
Everyone at archfootankle were friendly & showed concern over my wellbeing. Dr. Fuehrer was knowledgeable, kind, and thorough with addressing my wound & current health issues.
