Please do not shop here! I got suckered into buying $450 worth of insoles from here. The sales person took a scan of my feet and told me I would get insoles based off the scan. I got the insoles they were completely unusable and painful. How when someone has feet that are a full size difference are the arch supports the same size and sculpted the same way? I went it approx. 13 times to get adjustments or new insoles to no avail they all just hurt the hell out of my feet. Believe me I wanted nothing more than for these insole... read more
If their products are so amazing, you should be able to return a product you're dissatified with and get your money back instead of forced into another product because all sales are final. Would not recommend this store to anyone.
Why do they not tell you at the point of sale that all sales are final and no refunds? Why do they not have a sign on the register that state all sales are final and no refunds? Ordered shoes on Monday, was told they'd be here Wednesday at the latest, it's now Friday and got a call back about them being on back order. The only reason I got this call was due to me calling them to inform them I want a full refund for shoes I did not receive nor intend on using as I have ordered basically the same thing through my military insu... read more
