Spent a good deal of time talking and going through options. Ended up purchasing some inserts and sandals, didn't feel pressured to do so. Was the first to try paying directly with my phone through Android pay. Was pleased to see that as an option but was surprised at how long I had to hold my phone to the terminal. I'll update this after I've had time to adjust to the inserts and see how things go.

Thank you to Jordan for fitting me well with arches that eliminated the pain in one foot that I was concerned about. A big bonus occurred when my knee stopped hurting too!

My mom has a lot of trouble with her feet so we stopped in to see if the had any shoes that might work for her. Michael Short assisted us and made it clear that his job is to find solutions for his customers, not sell them shoes just to make a sale. My mom already has custom orthotics and they didn't have any shoes to suit her needs so there was no sale. Michael still spent a LOT of time with us, gladly sharing his knowledge with us. I would recommend this store to anyone. Michael Short is definitely a person with integrity.
