This was an awful experience for my business partner and me. We had high hopes based on the pictures of the loft online; however, upon our arrival, we found that looks can be deceiving. 1. The code needed for entry to the building's main lobby did not work. If it had not been for the maintenance man, we would not have been able to get inside the building. 2. The elevator did not work.
