Everything was done well. Little or no pain. No significant swelling.
My experience was very good. Staff explained procedures, answered questions that I had, were on time, and everything went well. I do have one suggestion for the emails about appointments that go out: after a statement that this email is confirming the patient's appointment on date and time, but the only action the message asks for is if one needs to cancel or change the time/date of the appointment. The initial visit was ok for a skin rash. I also went in for a skin tag procedure. I went in for two things. The main doctor is on medical maternity leave. I went in for a skin tag removal follow-up on the 2nd appointment about the same thing. Insurance doesn't cover skin tags which is posted everywhere in the office. Therefore, you have a standard $25 fee. There was still redness and soreness and skin there so I scheduled a 2nd refreeze appointment on 8/8. As usual, professional service and courtesy. Each member I was involved with was outstanding. PA Danielle is one of the best I have had. I appreciate her thoroughness and professional approach.
