Had a very pleasant experience with this office! All of the staff were kind and knowledgeable.
Very poor communication and lacking technical proficiency.
They cancelled my appointment twice. First one was cancelled due to them wanting to close early(!), the second one due to them having technical issues with their equipment on the day. This is not a serious place, don’t waste your time
**Completely Unprofessional, Discriminatory, and Unethical – Avoid This Office at All Costs.** I cannot emphasize enough how horrendous my experience was at this office. I was openly discriminated against and denied service based on personal biases and stereotypes related to my disability. The office manager, Drena Drakes, was utterly unprofessional, canceling two appointments at the last minute without any valid explanation and then refusing to provide the services I had already paid for when I finally arrived.
