After being a patient here for years I am done. When Dr. Reich was the dentist it was great. Today I got charged almost $300, months after my last appointment. I called to find out why and was told it’s because “insurance didn’t pay as much as expected.” “Alicia” told me it’s not their policy or responsibility to get more information from insurance about a denial, so I told her to send me the information and I would do it myself.
