This dental office used to be great with Dr. Jordan Reich. However ever since the doctor changed (and they didn't even notify anyone until I got there), it's been getting worse. They're constantly trying to upsell services by trying to scare you, doing unnecessary things to charge you more, etc. Used to like this dental office, but I would not recommend it to anyone anymore.
Sorry but I had a less-than-ideal experience here today. First of all I came here because I have no insurance but only some "savings plan" that I used with previous dental offices, and this office is listed as in their network. (Credit for booking at short notice—I called on Thursday and they booked me for Monday.) I was prepared to pay for a regular cleaning which would have been $250 to $300, but then the hygienist decides the regular cleaning would be unethical and out of the question because my mouth is in such bad shape... read more
These people are scammers, they will charge you for whatever policy they want, I had an emergency and had to cancel an appointment 24 hours in advance, they charged me $75 and after calling them and explaining that it was an emergency, they sent it to collection. So the credit score was also affected. They don't care about you, don't go
Arch Dental was bright and beautiful with the latest in technology. The staff was engaging, understanding and quite pleasant. Thank you for making my visit stress free.
I am not recommending to this dental office. during my treatment they showed me that I have pay this amount which I paid, then suddenly they came up with a amount that they say I have to pay. I have been a long-time patient but this is really upsetting. before you go to them make sure there is no other hidden payment they bring to you. unsatisfied.
