Overpriced and unresponsive, the rep I worked with clearly had more important projects than mine. I received nearly zero help or follow up. Took me a while to figure out the number on the card the rep gave me went to central office so reply time was slow. Even after figuring that out contact was slow to non existent.
I've been ghosted by Arch City Windows. I get it - they're super busy, there's tons of window damage in St. Louis because of the storms, and my job is small. But it still needs to be done and it's important to me, even if it's not to them. First, they set up an appointment with me for an inspection and didn't even show up after I cleared my work schedule and made sure I was home for it. Awesome company to deal with. Andy and has team are the local experts when it comes to window and door installation. They install high performance products, their sales staff is knowledgeable and their installers are top notch. Highly recommend!
Took a little while to get the windows in, but it was worth the wait. Could not even tell that Arch City was even here. They replaced our hail damaged windows. They did a great job.
