Getting a phone call returned has been impossible. Messages are also on their site are also not returned. Their phone message says to dial the extension if you know it; but no way of finding extensions. Called and sent message letting them know I would be coming by in 2 days to pick up my records. When I arrived to pick up the records seemed to be a complete shock that I was there; and the records were not ready.
