Let me start by saying Arch is has such a welcoming environment! They are clean, well organized, & have the best team. I have been going to Adrian for the past 3 mos for my waxing services, and brows and I could NEVER go to anyone else, she makes me feel so welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of each visit. Let’s also mention, that she does AMAZING facials!! If you are looking for an amazing esthetician please book with Adriana you will not be disappointed!

I love this place! The entire staff is always so friendly. I have been coming here for a couple years now for brow appointments. During their Arch Madness, I decided to try out a facial and I am hooked! After that, I decided to start branching out and trying different things there. In particular, I really wanted to try waxing. Adrianna gave me a great brow, chin and lip wax! I have thick brows and she took the time to map them out and gave me the perfect shape.

These lovely ladies helped me out majorly. I have a late working job and I never know when I can get off. I work on cars, and it's extremely difficult to find time to pamper myself. They still let me in at 7:15 even when I had an appointment at 7. They were absolutely lovely. The lady who worked on my brows did a phenomenal job, and the lady at the front desk was so kind and inviting.
