Rough start, but great final result. 4 stars.""My experience started off a bit rocky. There were issues with the engine mounts, delays with the title, and a slow process for the warranty refund. We had some stressful discussions along the way. But honestly, the dealership resolved every single issue. Most importantly, the car has turned out to be excellent. It was a tedious process, but their willingness to fix their mistakes and the quality of the vehicle made it worth it in the end.
Worked with Alex who dedicated himself to straightening out all issues with financing. Enzo is a stand up guy, very welcoming and straightforward. He went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Very painless process, in and out and all issues were addressed out the gate and hands were shook and I drove off a happy customer.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Alex was incredibly friendly and patient throughout the whole process and made buying my Mazda a genuinely great experience. We were able to negotiate a good deal that felt fair and beneficial for everyone, and I never felt pressured or rushed at any point.
