Kristen has been my audiologist for years, and she has been wonderful to work with. She really listens to understand what I am struggling with and helps me find solutions that fit my actual needs, including introducing me to the Roger On microphone recently. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I am comfortable using the technology. I really appreciate how knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful she has always been.
We returned to this area & we so pleased to find Dr Kramer. We are in our 80s & have never had the testing & adjustments to our hearing & our devices. Not only is she expert at what she does but her interests are to help her patients. She does not take insurance but prices are very reasonable. We are so thankful to have found Dr Kramer.

Kristen is a great audiologist. This is the fourth time I have been to see her. She helped me pick my last hearing aid and gave me a lot of information.
After much research on my own, I was looking for an audiologist that uses BEST PRACTICES and REAL EAR MEASUREMENT (REM) near me. I located Arch Audiology in South County near the mall. REM is used to verify that hearing aids are programmed accurately measuring exactly how much sound the hearing aid delivers to the eardrum.
