Dr. Kramer was great. I had ear impressions made for IEM's. Dr. Kramer explained the process and was very thorough. She also gave me options for different IEM'S for my use which is motorcycle communication and music playback with a helmet on. Thanks
Great customer service. Very helpful and informative
Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.
Kristen was super nice to work with as first time audiology appointment experiencers :)
Kristen has been my audiologist for years, and she has been wonderful to work with. She really listens to understand what I am struggling with and helps me find solutions that fit my actual needs, including introducing me to the Roger On microphone recently. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I am comfortable using the technology. I really appreciate how knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful she has always been.
