I saw Dr. Kramer in January 2024 and again in May 2026. She spent several hours helping me understand what I needed in a new hearing aid, explaining the various options and settings of my phone smartphone app associated with the aid, and providing thoughtful answers to my questions. On the return visit, she adjusted my aid according to my needs and help explain what she was doing every step of the way.She is a sole practitioner and has used aids since early childhood, which was appealing to me.

Having a severe hearing loss , I was scrolling through the Internet and found Arch Audiology . I was surprised to see that they would come to your home to see you ; and that is so convenient for those of us who can't get out. Dr. Kramer arrived with all her equipment to do my exam and later showed me the types of hearing aides she had to choose from with absolutely no pressure to buy the most expensive one there, which was great. I would advise those of you out there who need an audiologist contact Arch Audiology.
