Having a severe hearing loss , I was scrolling through the Internet and found Arch Audiology . I was surprised to see that they would come to your home to see you ; and that is so convenient for those of us who can't get out. Dr. Kramer arrived with all her equipment to do my exam and later showed me the types of hearing aides she had to choose from with absolutely no pressure to buy the most expensive one there, which was great. I would advise those of you out there who need an audiologist contact Arch Audiology.
What a blessing Dr. Kramer is to me. I trust her completely with hearing needs. She’s knowledgeable, thorough and caring. Thank you, for your exceptional service!
Dr. Kramer is excellent. She takes time and care with her appointments. You never feel rushed and she takes the time to explain processes and general information about hearing loss.
I went in for a hearing test and ear impressions and Dr. Kramer was amazing. Couldn't recommend enough! 10 out of 10.
The whole process was straightforward and was presented clearly by Dr. Kramer as it progressed. It was a one-to-one visit from start to finish. All in all, a very good experience.
