If you're looking for a place that's personable all while helping you focus and meet your workout goals I highly recommend Arch. I love the fact that I can use my lunch time to get with like minded people and get a professional work out in a class setting or work out alone; I love the workout mix and the trainers are excellent! Oh...and the wash rooms are large and clean!
Love Love Love! This gym is the best for getting in a good quick workout. Whether you want to do your own thing or get instruction they have something for everyone. Highly recommend!
