I was the only paying client and the lady spent 30 minutes with a lady who will not decided if she wants a service or not. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL
Normally, the service is good. I called a day ahead to make certain someone would be here Friday morning to do brow threading AND lashes. I was assured there would be no problem. The lady was late arriving to open and after we wait 15 mins for her to get set up, she informs she will not be able to do lashes today due to the volume of people waiting. I'm not happy with the level of service as I've been totally inconvenienced.
My niece had a henna tattoo done Tuesday. She did exactly as she was told. When she woke up Wednesday it was basically completely faded. She paid $30 for it. I called back the next day and more one answered. I called the day after that and no one answered until I called from another number. When someone did answer the phone she claims that maybe only one person was there and was busy....not all damn day! Took my name and number to give to the manager Wednesday and haven't heard back. I don't recommend them at all.
All the staff is great, professional hours are flexible good experience!
