This doctor is making people wait outdoors in the winter. Instead of opening her waiting room. One time had a 9 hour wait. Also made an elderly woman urinate on herself due to making her wait 2 hours to take her urine screen. All staff has resigned due to her narsistic attitude. do not come here. You'll regret it.

Dr.Arceneaux is the kind of Dr, that is near impossible to find these days. Very compassionate and thorough. Rather she spend more time vs. Less time..shows she cares.
My husband had an appointment with her and he will NEVER go back. His first appointment he spent 5+ hours in the office only seeing the doctor for maybe 30-45 total minutes and not all at one time. He was charged a first time patient visit charge of over $300 plus an additional $168 for an extended visit charge. She is only in it for the money.
