My family has been clients of this pharmacy since it open. They recently hired a new pharmacist assistant. She has a bad attitude. This lady speaks to clients with hierarchy. I though it was personal but other family members had similar experiences. Also, we have heard her speaking in a derrogative way to other workers. I have left the owner some opinions. However, she doesn't change her ways. I advised Arcely Pharmacy to train this assistant to treat patients with RESPECT. I hope this issue is resolved.
