Avoid delivering here at all cost. You will sit for hours, I was the only truck and still had to wait over 2 hrs to get some ingots off my trailer. You are last priority

This place sucks!! The night crew are some of the laziest humans I've ever encountered... I was 7th in line. Got here at 9pm and ended up getting unloaded at 3am...ridiculous!! Now I understand why American Factories are moving overseas and why this country is collapsing from within.

I was at this Cleveland Cliffs last night with 1 coil to unload. Arrived at 515pm with 3 trucks in front of me. At 915 pm I was unloaded. Workers walked around, talking with each other, then disappeared for about an hour, come back talk some more and move a few coils. Then disappeared again. Come back load one truck and disappeared. This went on for 4 hours until I was unloaded. With 3 trucks behind me now. 2 of the 3 going to run out of hours. This place is horrible and Cleveland Cliffs management shouldn't let this happen.... read more
