Dr. Diaz and all the staff are very kind, friendly, personable and professional. They all care about their patients, and it is obvious that they care about each other too. They do great work and are very observant to the needs of their patients-whether they have a tooth sensitivity, allergies, etc. They make every effort to accommodate the patients needs. They do speak loudly regarding patient info. Felt badly when I could hear them yell out that a patient had Medicare/Medi-cal to cover their costs. The woman was already at the front door. Her facial expression... Great staff, Dr Diaz is a great dentist but, she and her staff have great positive personalities. You can tell that they really care about their patients.
I've been going to Dr Diaz for about 20 years. She is simply the best! Kind, professional and pretty much painless. We love her!
I love this dental office. Everybody works together to make this office flow properly. I have never been turned away for an emergency appointment.
