Will let you run out of your medication, not make you aware your Dr has left, and will interrupt and be incredibly rude. Really disappointed.

Do not come here if you expect them to value your time the same way you would theirs. Do not come on time or early because they will not be ready ( per the regulars in the lobby). I waited an hour for my appointment. I'm very disappointed. I left work early to be at this appointment. My time was not treated like it was valuable. The staff was exceptionally nice though.
I am incredibly grateful for the care I receive from Dr. Melanie Bolen. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr. Melanie Bolen is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also compassionate and attentive. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and makes sure I feel comfortable by any means possible. The front desk and all of the staff are super on task and very kind and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a dedicated and caring healthcare professional.
