We placed mum at this facility several months ago and it was the best decision we made. The place is super clean (no bad smells common to old peoples homes), well present and well laid out. There is plenty of parking for visitors in the underground carpark. The staff are INCREDIBLE, they genuinely care for the residents. The rooms are quiet and private. This place is fantastic in every way. Beautiful facilities, great food, the staff are absolutely wonderful and so friendly - my mum is especially fond of Maha and Manjeet who have both been so supportive. We have also become friends with many of the other lovely residents. If you want the best for your loved one, Arcare Ringwood is my recommendation!

I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to the team at Arcare Ringwood for providing such wonderful, compassionate care to my mother. I would like to commend both Betty and Kosta for their support throughout the most difficult times, in particular Betty for always providing me a shoulder to cry on when it was painfully unbearable to see my beautiful mum during her stages of passing. You should be very proud of the team you have and they should be recognised for being so warm hearted, kind and exceptionally humane.
