I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to the team at Arcare Ringwood for providing such wonderful, compassionate care to my mother. I would like to commend both Betty and Kosta for their support throughout the most difficult times, in particular Betty for always providing me a shoulder to cry on when it was painfully unbearable to see my beautiful mum during her stages of passing. You should be very proud of the team you have and they should be recognised for being so warm hearted, kind and exceptionally humane.

From the moment we stepped into Arcare, we knew it was the perfect home for my uncle. Kate, was incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, making the tour a truly reassuring experience.
