GO ELSEWHERE WHERE THEY VALUE YOU AND NOT THE MONEY!!! Paid $200 to get card renewed. Thought i was done only to find out I didnt send this off to my state to get the actual card. They do this 1000 times a day and know the ins and outs. As someone who has done it once, I was not given peoper advise on what the next steps are. Do your research this advertisement is false. You can do a tele visit but still have to go to one of thier locations. If you live hours away like I do then it's an inconvenience. I could of went to a clinic close by. Why waste your time with two appointments when you can do one. They don't do refunds either.
I needed to renew quickly least year. They were able to accommodate my needs in a very timely and professional manner. Will definitely use them to renew again. Thank you Bin for helping coordinate my case. Very professional clinic and staff
