Well tried booking a appointment for April 29th on my birthday but I'm guessing it was the owner I was talking to texted me asking what I wanted and to send pics to see how long it would take and how much product they'd need. I did but apparently it would have taken longer than expected, and they didn't have anyone available and blah blah blah so she cancels on me instead of ASKING ME if there's anything else they can do which I said I just wanted to be lighter, that's all. There isn't a better colorist anywhere. She is extremely knowledgeable and has the experience to always do exactly what I want with my hair. I tend to have "out there" requests with my color, and she knows exactly what to do to make my ideas actually look good😁
Felicia is just simply the best colorist around. I'll never choose someone else.
