This was my first visit to Nam Bac Hang. The store looked clean and well organized, so I purchased about $100 worth of American ginseng. However, when a female employee packaged my order, she took the ginseng to the back instead of packing it in front of me. After I got home, I noticed the ginseng appeared to contain pieces of noticeably different quality.
