We had an amazing experience with Arcana Windows from start to finish! We recently replaced our front door and all the arch windows at the front of our house. Alannah was extremely helpful with the style and colour of our new door and we couldn’t be happier. They were also the only company that would guarantee the reinstallation of our existing California shutters. From the measurements and recommendations through to the install and follow up. I would not hesitate to recommend Arcana.

From start to finish, Dmitry, Jay and the team did a terrific job. They were very responsive to text and emails, explaining the installation process and offering ideas, working with me and my contractor to create the window that matched my vision. The team that came to do the install was extremely polite, friendly and hard working. Jay came to the house at the start and finish to ensure the work was done as we hoped. I would definitely hire this company again.
