Excellent, Excellent, customer service and warranty!!! I purchased windows from Arcana quite some time ago and threw away my receipt. I thought I would be taken advantage of, but instead Dmitry took care of our family. He sent the tech (Jay) another phenomenal person who has been with the company for ages to look at the window issue and warrantied everything for us. This kind of service is so hard to find this day and age. I will definitely be using Arcana again and would recommend them anytime. Thank you again Dmitry!!
