Excellent, Excellent, customer service and warranty!!! I purchased windows from Arcana quite some time ago and threw away my receipt. I thought I would be taken advantage of, but instead Dmitry took care of our family. He sent the tech (Jay) another phenomenal person who has been with the company for ages to look at the window issue and warrantied everything for us. Just had some work done by Arcana. A new front door with sidelights and an arch above it, a patio door and two bay windows. To start, we found that dealing with the company was very easy and very professional. They came to do a rough measurements, and sent a quote within a couple of days. We hired Arcana from Hamilton ON to restore the feature bow-shaped window in our 1954 home. Arcana had replaced all of the doors and windows through the previous owner so we could see the high quality work and product. It was necessary to maintain the architectural integrity of the bow-shaped window. The house was designed by Architect JD Kyles. I'll try to add photos. Thanks so much for the great service. You came in the midst of a snow storm to replace our shattered sliding patio door that was held together with tape and did it quickly and left the place in great shape. There was a bit of hiccup in the installation which under the terrible circumstances it was put in was the least of our concern, but everyone from Alannah, working around our schedule, and the team that came out were great.
