Bel was incredible! They were able to fit me in for a same day massage. I had severe back pain from the long car ride to Portland and Bel took the time to understand my history, pain, and other concerns. She gave a relaxing massage, while tackling my problem areas with both massage and reflexology. We debriefed afterwards and Bel let me know exactly what she could feel going on in my body and some aftercare tips to be able to enjoy the rest of my trip.
