Arcana fosters a safe journey into the body, by caring compassionate facilitators who have found the practice of yoga to be a delightful, life altering practice they have devoted themselves to sharing in the wonder of the many benefits with all those who walk in their doors. I've had massages at a few places in Portland and I have to say that my favorite one ever was here! I wasn't sure what to expect as I had never been to this store, but Kaitlen was absolutely fantastic. The space felt calming, safe, and tranquil. I immediately felt at ease and comfortable, which helped me stay relaxed the whole time (not easy as a mom of two!). I go here often. So thankful to have found them soon after moving to Portland. I have taken courses & done events (Reiki, Tarot, Yoga Nidra, Sound Bath), taken yoga classes (deep stretch & massage with Mel on Saturdays, yin yoga & reiki with Kristine on Wednesdays) that have been wonderful, powerful and challenging experiences, had readings with Anya & Niko that were informative, emotional and empowering, I have had several massages/bodywork with Mel & Circe.
