I am a contractor bidding a set of plans that they generated. I called the front desk for clarification on the plans and they refused to transfer me from the front desk because i didn't know the project manager's name. If you become one of their customers, expect to field all the trades questions. This type of practice is highly unusual and extremely hurtful to their customer experience.
