Just bought a rear light for my bicycle from Arcadian (Garmin Varia) on their website. The item was shipped promptly, packaged with care not just thrown in a box and also had a handwritten note thanking me for my purchase from Ethan. They really did go the extra mile. Great experience. Phenomenal service at the bike shop!
We had an amazing experience at Arcadian Shop. Our vacation to Cape Cod was almost ruined when our bike rack broke on the toll road nearly causing a major disaster. Keith came to our rescue and got us back on the road with a new bike rack, rim, wheel, and even let us borrow a corkscrew! Thank you St. Keith!!!
i was very pleased with my experience today. i went in to find a good pair of sneakers and received excellent and very friendly service. the guy who helped me was super friendly and knowledgeable and he was patient while I tried on 3 different pairs over and over again to make sure i picked the best ones. i will definitely be back!
