Does not pay the stuff and employees after almost a month I have all the rude message where he don't want to pay his stuff that why they are all quitting

They are not worth 1 star. They are the worst grounds management company in Winchester and surrounding area. They damage your property (Buildings, cars and yard) without caring if they do or not. They hire people who can not run mowers or string trimmers. When you call them to report the damages you get the run around and the owner will never return your calls. Stay away from these people. They will under bid everybody. But you get what you pay for, IDIOTS!

Arcadian Property Management is operated by Bryce Duvall. It is the absolute worse landscaping company in Winchester and Frederick County! The worst thing about Mr. Duvall is he will not even give his customers the common courtesy of returning telephone calls. I ve called and called him time after time about problems in an area where he holds a contractual agreement with the HOA. Arcadian s work product is less than satisfactory most of the time.
